Thank you for using KaravanSim Instructions for KaravanSim users To start… 1. Accurately detach the SIM-card from a plastic holder and insert it into your non-blocked GSM mobile phone. 2. Switch on the phone (the SIM-card is already activated). 3. Your phone will find the local network and will be ready for operation. To call… Way 1 Dial a required number. Press ”call” and on the display there will appear “Wait for call”. Wait for the call. In 7-10 seconds you’ll get an incoming call. Answer the call and after that connection will start to a subscriber you have just called.. Are you a Smartphone or pocket PC user? Answer the call. ATTENTION Errors in connection? Manually change the mobile telecom operator from the menu (menu – settings – operator selection). In the Russian Federation as a telecom operator choose MTS only. Rarely, only in UAE and Saudi Arabia outgoing calls are not made in an automatic mode. Way 2 - Select Menu then KaravanSIM choose Send SMS and press OK - enter the number of the subscriber you want to send a message to. - Enter message you want to send and press OK !!!! Don’t forget to dial a subscriber’s number in the following format: 00 + code of a country + code of a town + a phone number Phone Book You can perform calls directly from the phone book of your phone; for that your contacts must be kept in a following way: 00 + code of a country + code of a town + a phone number or «+» + code of a country + code of a town + a phone number NOTE: !!! You will not be able to send SMS messages if in your SIM-card account you’ll have less than $5. KaravanSIM menu You can call, send SMS, check the remainder on your account and add airtime from KaravanSIM menu of your mobile phone. Just choose KaravanSIM menu in your phone, and you’ll get immediately access to the following menu items: ● Call ● Send SMS ● Check Balance ● Add Airtime ● Customer Care Support service… Support service is valid in Russian, English and Estonian languages. You can contact this service via KaravanSIM menu. Choose the “Customer Care” item in KaravanSIM menu and wait for the operator of the service to answer you For some phone models dial *146*096# or *146*003726868000# A minute of phone talking to the direction-inquiry service is paid according to usual tariffs. Technical demands This service can be used from any non-blocked GSM mobile phone.
